What is ShipU?
ShipU is built by the team behind the software for pack-and-ship stores, Bullship.
After purchasing and operating our own retail location, it was clear that the software in this industry hasn’t been meaningfully updated in years.
In 2024, we built Bullship for ourselves.
In 2025, we made it public. Over 70 businesses signed up within a few months. And shortly after that, a major university called.
We flew out. Walked their operation. And saw the same problems we’ve already solved for our mailroom, just at a different scale:
